Beginnings...

    In the early nineties, my father, Bob Schlesinger, swam around the perimeter of Lake Tahoe to help non-profit organizations, such as Save the Rainforrest and American Cancer Society.


    In memory of my father, I repeated his swim around Lake Tahoe in August 2013.

    This year, I’m doing it again.

      In the early nineties, a man from Reno swam around the perimeter of Lake Tahoe for charity. Twenty-four years later, his son is repeating his incredible journey in his father’s memory, with all the proceeds going to the Solace Tree. In memory of my father, I repeated his swim around Lake Tahoe in August 2013. This year, I’m doing it again. It is my goal to raise awareness and monies for the cause.
